Affirmations are effective way to reprogram your mind. They install positive messages in your mind. If you follow a few rules of them, they work best.
You must say your affirmations in the present tense. Say “I am wealthy” rather than “I will be wealthy” because your mind knows only this moment. You also use positive statements. Saying “I am not a poor” is accepted as “I am a poor” because your mind can’t process the word ‘not’ or ‘no’.
Saying “I am wealthy” while feeling poorness only makes your mind confused. Whatever words you are saying at the time, feel the corresponding emotions because your mind get confusion while saying another words and feelings another.
Affirmations don’t work effectively, if you say them just one or twice in a day. For the best result, repeat your affirmations many times in a day.
