You can achieve your goals by using affirmations. An affirmation is a solid statement of your goal that assumes that it is possible and achievable. Affirmations keep your mind focused. They are like belief statement, they can be powerful. You should choose words for affirmation carefully. Choose them as if they are occurring now. For example, ‘I’m becoming more and more powerful, I’m feeling better’.
Don’t use affirmations as if they have already happened. For example, ‘I am a relaxed person, I felt better’. Your mind reject these affirmations, you aren’t yet.
You should not use affirmations an exact deadline. For example, in two months I shall be a healthy person. It may take more or less than two months, your mind will answer ‘I don’t need to do anything right now’.
Affirmations should have a specific time and date. For example, ‘on Sunday 5 June 5, 2016 I will go to play cricket tournament and win’.
Write down your affirmations. Write them in your best hand writing and read them 3 times every day. They will keep in your mind and you will start achieving your goals magically.
